For its Elvive Color Vive Protective shampoo, L’Oréal wanted an eco-refill with low environmental impact. Arcade Beauty developed a 3D Pouch in 100% PE, which it says offers a material saving of 75% compared to two 250ml shampoo bottles. The refills can be recycled where the collection, sorting and recycling infrastructure exists for monomaterial flexibles.

The pack is described as leak-proof and has a choice of a screw cap or a flip-top cap. Depending on its size (from 30 ml to 1 litre), it is fitted with a gusset to enable it to stand upright.
